Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida, USA. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

We currently offer international shipping only, including shipping to Spain and other countries worldwide.

Shipping options:

  • Standard International Shipping: 3–4 business days

  • Economy International Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, or factors outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

For international orders, customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the order total and are not covered by our store.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or carrier-related issues. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen shipments.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence so we can assist.
