Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date customers receive their item.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customers must contact us at calablanca.es@gmail.com before returning items
  • Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Damages or Issues: Customers should inspect their order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, they should contact you immediately so you can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges: The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, customers may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: for orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect a return, we will notify the customer of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
